Chrome bug affecting Zencastr Calls
If you have had any of these experiences in your calls in the last couple of weeks, chances are you might have been affected by a bug in the Chromium browser that was recently released. We released a fix on our end for this issue 10-15-2022 5:34PM PST.
How to solve it:
Have every participant of the call hard refresh the recording page (CMD + r on Mac, CTRL + r on Windows). All participants of the call must refresh their recording page if previously visited before the above release date. If you tried these steps and the issue was not fixed, please reach out to our support team at support@zencastr.com
